(The Business Checkup)

Half a day watching. One page of answers.

$250 flat, at your business, anywhere in the Rio Grande Valley. You get a one-page plan in plain words: what would actually save you hours, what it costs, and what not to waste money on. Done in English or Spanish, se habla español. The full $250 is credited toward any project within 90 days.

The checkup follows the work

Where a week leaks hours

(How it goes)

No slides. No sales meeting. Just a normal working day with an extra set of eyes.

01

I come to you

We pick a normal working day. I show up at your business and stay out of the way.

02

I watch the real work

How calls come in, how a job gets scheduled, how a quote goes out, how an invoice gets made, what follows you home at night.

03

You get one page

Within two days: what to fix first, roughly what it costs, and what NOT to buy. In everyday words your whole team can read.

04

You decide

Do it yourself with the plan, hire me for a piece of it, or do nothing. The $250 comes off any project within 90 days.

(Honest fit)

Who the checkup is for, and who it is not.

A good fit if

  • You or your spouse still do the books at night.
  • Calls get missed when the day gets busy, and you know it costs jobs.
  • The same information gets typed into two or three different places.
  • Somebody keeps telling you that you "need AI" and you want a straight answer, not a pitch.

Not for you if

  • You want someone to promise the checkup will grow your revenue. It will not promise that.
  • You need computer or printer repair. That is an IT shop, and I will happily point you to one.
  • You want a big software project sold to you today. Nothing big gets quoted before a checkup.

(What you walk away with)

The one-page plan is yours either way.

Fix-first list

The two or three changes worth making, in order, with a flat price beside each one.

The do-not-buy list

The tools and subscriptions that would not earn their keep in your business. Often the most valuable part.

A do-it-yourself path

If a fix is something you can set up without me, the plan says so. Taking the plan and running with it yourself is a fine outcome.
