(In-person help for Valley businesses)

Your Business. Made Easier.

I visit small businesses across the Rio Grande Valley, watch how the everyday work actually gets done, and set up practical tools that save real hours. No tech talk. No magic promises. And if AI will not help your business, I will tell you that for free.

Sample plan (fictional example)

What would actually help

1.
Missed calls Text-back when nobody can pick up
2.
Quotes Follow-up reminders until answered
3.
Do not buy The $400/mo dashboard someone pitched you
One page. Plain English.

(The problem)

Everyone says small businesses need AI. Almost nobody explains it in plain English.

Valley owners keep getting pitched magic: apps, dashboards, and "AI transformation" from people who have never watched how the shop actually runs. Meanwhile the real hours leak out through missed calls, quotes nobody followed up on, double-entered paperwork, and evenings lost to invoices.

The useful question is not "how do I get AI?" It is "where does my week leak hours, and what is the smallest practical fix?" Answering that starts with someone standing in your shop, not a sales call from out of town.

See how the Business Checkup works

(Prices, posted)

Five ways to work together, in everyday words.

Every price is flat and agreed in writing before work starts. No hourly surprises, and nothing bigger than a small fix gets sold before a checkup.

Free

First Visit

For any Valley owner wondering whether practical tech, or AI at all, fits their business.

I come to you, look around, and listen. You get an honest read on whether I can help, and one useful tip either way. If I cannot help, I say so and leave it there.

Good to know: 30 minutes, at your business

  • An honest read on whether I can help
  • One useful tip either way
  • No pressure to continue
$250 flat

Business Checkup

For owners who want a clear, written answer to "what would actually save me hours, and what should I not buy?"

I spend part of a day watching how the work really flows: how calls come in, how jobs get scheduled, how invoices go out. You get a one-page plan in plain English.

Good to know: Credited toward any project within 90 days

  • On-site walkthrough of how the work flows
  • One-page plan: what to fix first, what it costs
  • A clear list of what NOT to buy
  • Full $250 credited toward any project within 90 days
$150-$750 flat

Small Fixes

For businesses that need one practical thing handled, not a big project.

One focused fix with a flat price agreed up front. The most common ones: a text that goes out when a call gets missed, review requests after each job, an online booking link, quote follow-up reminders.

Good to know: Quoted in writing before work starts

  • One practical fix, done and tested
  • Flat written quote before work starts
  • A plain-English handoff so you own it
$1,500-$7,500 typical

Custom Builds

For businesses where the checkup finds bigger, worthwhile work: automations, agent workflows, a clearer website, or an operations system.

Bigger systems are never sold before a checkup. When the plan calls for one, it is built through the Evryday family: Automation, Agent, Web Design, Ops, or a custom build, with approval controls where it matters.

Good to know: Quoted in writing after a checkup

  • Written scope and flat quote first
  • Built and tested with your real work
  • Approval controls on anything that contacts customers
  • Support after handoff
From $99/mo

Keep-It-Running Plan

For businesses that want someone local on call to keep everything working and quietly improving.

Monthly check-ins, small changes, and priority help when something breaks. Higher tiers add on-site visits and monthly improvement hours.

Good to know: Cancel anytime

  • Monthly check-in and small tweaks
  • Priority help when something breaks
  • On-site visits on higher tiers

(What I look at)

The checkup follows the work, not the technology.

Phones and missed calls

What happens when you cannot pick up? Where do those jobs go?

Quotes and follow-up

How many estimates go out and never get chased? Who remembers to?

Scheduling

How does a job get on the calendar, and how many texts does it take?

Invoices and paperwork

How many times does the same information get typed into different places?

Reviews and repeat customers

Who asks happy customers for a review or the next booking? Anyone?

Your evenings

The admin work that follows you home is usually the first thing worth fixing.

(Honest boundaries)

What this can and cannot do.

Practical tools can take real hours of repeated work off your plate. They are not magic, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling something.

Can

  • Find where your week leaks hours and name the smallest practical fix.
  • Set up follow-up, scheduling, paperwork, and AI tools that your team can actually use.
  • Tell you plainly when the right answer is a simpler process, or nothing at all.

Cannot

  • Cannot guarantee revenue, growth, or any business outcome.
  • Cannot replace your judgment. Anything that contacts customers gets your approval controls.
  • Not an IT repair shop: no printers, viruses, or slow laptops. I will point you to someone good.

(Where I work)

From McAllen to Brownsville, in person.

Evryday Local serves small businesses across the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas. If you are in or near these cities, I come to you.

Robbie, founder of Evryday Studio

(Founder-built)

You meet the actual builder.

Evryday Local is run by Robbie, the founder of Evryday Studio, who lives and works here in the Valley. There is no sales team and no handoff to an agency: the person who walks your shop is the person who builds the fix and answers the phone afterward.

Start with a visit

Ready for an honest look at how your business runs?

The first visit is free, and the worst case is you get one useful tip and your morning back.

(FAQ)

Plain answers before you book anything.

What does "AI help" actually mean in plain English?

It means setting up tools that handle repeated work for you: texting back a missed call, chasing a quote, filling in an invoice, asking a happy customer for a review. AI is one of the tools I use when it helps. It is not a robot that runs your business.

What if AI cannot help my business?

Then I tell you that, for free, at the first visit. Some businesses need a practical tool. Some just need a simpler process, and some are fine as they are. Selling you something you do not need would break the one rule this whole company runs on.

How much does it cost?

The first visit is free. The Business Checkup is $250 flat, and it is credited toward any project within 90 days. Small fixes run $150 to $750 flat. Bigger builds typically run $1,500 to $7,500 and are always quoted in writing first. Support plans start at $99 a month.

Do you come to us?

Yes. That is the whole point. I visit businesses in person across the Rio Grande Valley: McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen, San Benito, Brownsville, and nearby towns.

Do you speak Spanish? / ¿Hablas español?

Yes. Se habla español. The first visit, the checkup, and the plan can all be done in Spanish or English, whichever is easier for you and your team. Nothing gets lost in translation.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. Everything gets explained in everyday words, and nothing gets handed off until you and your team can actually use it. If a tool only works when I am in the room, I have not finished the job.

Will this send things to my customers without me knowing?

No. Anything that contacts your customers gets approval controls you decide on. You always know what goes out, and you can always turn it off.

Is my business information safe?

Your numbers, customer lists, and paperwork stay yours. I do not share client information, and anything sensitive I see during a checkup stays between us.

Do you fix computers or printers?

No. Evryday Local is not an IT repair service. If your problem is a broken machine, I will happily point you to someone local who fixes those.
